1. Service & Payment 

The client agrees to the price quoted at the time of booking. Payment is due in full upon delivery of watermarked previews. Final high-resolution, unwatermarked files will be delivered only after payment is confirmed (Bank Transfer, Revolut, or Cash).

2. Image Delivery & Watermarking

Photographer will provide a selection of edited "Proof" images with a protective watermark. Once payment is received, the watermark-free versions will be delivered via a digital link (e.g., Google Drive/Pixieset).

3. Copyright & Usage (EU Intellectual Property)

In accordance with EU copyright law, the Photographer (Jasmin Gutić) remains the sole owner of the images. The Client is granted a personal license to use the images on social media and personal websites. Images may not be sold to third parties or used for commercial advertising without a separate written agreement.

4. Cancellation & No-Show

If the Client fails to show up or cancels within 24 hours of the scheduled shoot, the Photographer reserves the right to charge a flat fee of €40 to cover travel and preparation costs.

5. Liability

The Photographer is not liable for any damage to vehicles or property occurring during the session. The Client is responsible for the safety and positioning of their own vehicle.
